* A phone call is made to the owner to set up a time to meet.
* The professional crew shows up in an unmarked vehicle as discretion is of the utmost importance.
* All crew members will wear proper PPE to ensure safety in accordance with OSHA/EPA Standards.
* Depending on the scene the crew will begin remediation which could take 1-5 hours.
* Once completed the crew will eliminate any hint of tragedy as our goal is to help families move forward.
* At a later date an representative will contact the family for insurance information.
